The Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC), in collaboration with Chief Digital and AI Office (CDAO), will host a series of events to identify solutions from Industry within multiple technical capability areas. The desired end state is to understand the current capabilities and determine if those solutions that will enhance mission effectiveness.
CDAO is seeking commercial technologies to help fill multiple technology capability gaps for executive-level strategic decision support. CDAO has various analytic initiatives that require risk modeling/forecasting, course of action development, scalable data entry, workflow management, geovisualization and geospatial modeling, knowledge graphs, and data model/ontology automation. Solutions should be able to ability to export and catalog any data generated in any technologies or processes and be vendor agnostic to allow for data portability and interoperability with other tools and technologies.
CDAO seeks to enter into non-FAR agreements with entities whose solutions are favorably evaluated by CDAO representatives and Subject Matter Experts. As such, assessment activities conducted in furtherance of a potential project award agreement are considered competitive in the same manner as a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) or Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO), and solutions will be evaluated independently of one another primarily for technical merit. This notice serves as notification of the intent to satisfy the reasonable effort to obtain competition under 10 U. S. Code, Section 2371b and/or Section 2371b(f).
