The Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) Assessment & Assurance (A2) Directorate supports the testing of a variety of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applications throughout the Department of Defense (DoD). To enable AI testing throughout the DoD, CDAO A2 is funded to develop the Joint AI Test Infrastructure Capability (JATIC), a suite of interoperable software tools for comprehensive AI model T&E and release AI Assurance and T&E best practices. To manage the significant funding and programs under development, A2 must align and coordinate with CDAO and other DoD T&E stakeholders. This requires a capability for A2 to propose, plan, and track the budget. This level of coordination requires a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) software application capable of providing a cross-sectional view of the financial current state, allowing development of program/project budgets at different levels or granularity, tracking plans to actuals at the budget line-item and contract level, and conducting “what-if” analysis.

This challenge is a competitive effort seeking video solution submissions for innovative, commercial technologies in the Evidence Based Assurance and Assurance Cases area.
